1- Baggage Services System

This system was developed for Air Arabia airline www.airarabia.com for the ground operation department in 2009 BSS

Baggage Services System was designed to meet the following requirements:

- Create a claim form for each lost baggage.

- To enter the found baggage Information

-Find the matching between the lost and the found baggage information

- Communication between stations through the messaging facility

- Creation a settlement form for the lost and the damaged baggage.

- Creating a form for the left behind baggage.

- Creating a form found items like mobile , watch...etc

- Administration page for managing the users, stations, airlines

- Monitoring the log activity.

2- Captain Book

This is an archiving system which was developed for Air Arabia airline www.airarabia.com in 2010.

It is used to store all the documents of each pilot in Air Arabia and it was designed to meet the following requirements :

- Creating a folder for each pilot with his picture, full name and stuff number

- Uploading the scanned document into the pilot folder

- The ability to create any number of subfolder in the pilot folder

- Adding daily remark for each pilot

- Adding additional information for each pilot like date of joining, date of birth, license expired date ... etc .
