Damaged or Pilfered Module

When a passenger came with a damaged baggage , a DPR file should be created using this page

This file contains several information like

1-Passenger details

2-Flight details

3-Baggage details

4-If the passenger hold the tag number then the file is official and should be settled if the baggage wasn't found within 45 days otherwise the file would be a courtesy one and it is up to the airline to settle it or not .
