 In this page a new airline can be added so the reference number of all the files will contains the airline code for example G9 for Air Arabia Sharjah and 3O for Air Arabia Morocco

In addition other setting can be added like the email addresses of the first and second approvers because whenever an approval needed, an email is sent from the system to the approver email

The PIR text can also be changed from this page. The PIR is the paper that is given to a passenger when his baggage lost or damaged

Each user's action can be monitored from this page. It shows who login and what he/she did like create, close or update a file or sending message and what is the message detail .

Or it can show the actions of the users in a certain station or in a certain date.
